Below, you will see a video that shows you how to use the ONLINE TRAINING SYSTEM. The example course we run through is with a Residential Conveyancing converting enquiries course, however all courses work the same way!

ARE YOU A GROUP LEADER?
If you set up the payment details then you are allocated as a Group Leader… which means you have special privileges.
- You can enrol and manage the individuals at your firm that you wish to go through the training
- You can see track their stats and progress so you can help support their learning.
Watch the short (6 mins) tutorial specially for “GROUP LEADERS” that will show you how you can enrol staff members, how to remove staff members (should they leave) and how you can track and monitor their progress.
Please note: You can rewatch this at any time by clicking the link, “Group Leaders: How To ‘Manage My Group’“, in the right-hand menu at the bottom of the training system screen. (Non-Group Leaders do not have access to this link)
If you would like to change who is allocated as a GROUP LEADER… this can be done simply by visiting the “Contact Us” page (Under “Technical Help? Need Support?“) and requesting a change of Group Leader.
Also please note: It can take up to 24 hours, after completing payment details, to be able to enrol team members to the training. (Although in some cases it may be within 30 mins).
