How many enquiry handlers can train using the system?
Once you have registered and paid your subscription fee, you recieve up to 30 registrations. You can easily remove people to free up spaces for others, but essentially you can have any 30 of your users getting the benefit of training at any one time.
Can I have more than 30 users?
Yes… of course this is possible, and if this is something that you would like to explore we create a custom package for you based on your desired numbers. Please get in touch to discuss further by emailing info@convertingenquiries.co.uk
Can we cancel?
As mentioned you can stop at any time and pay no more and you will have access to the system until the period of your last subscription expires. (These are 3 month cycles).
Are we committed for months to this?
Absolutely not. The subscription renews every 3 months allowing access for another 3 months. You can stay on board as long as you want. However, we are confident you will want to continue to ensure you have the strategies to embed the system into your team to get maximum results.
How will they get access to the training?
Whoever signs up on behalf of the firm, is automatically assigned as the group leader. They get access to a dashboard where they can add the email addresses and names of anyone they want from their firm to go through the training.

This means that up to 30 users at your firm can have access to the training with their own login details. It also means should someone leave or you take on a new starter, people can easily be removed and/or added whenever you like!

And by the way the group leader can be changed too!

Of course, you can email or call us anytime and we will do our best to help and guide.
